Welcome to the creative portfolio of New York City based digital artist, Wen Zhong Yuan 袁文重. He is an Emmy Award-winning motion designer with a career spanning nearly two decades in the Media & Entertainment industry. He has collaborated with world-class creatives at Rockstar Games, CBS News, National Geographic, and beyond. Together, they have produced cutting-edge visuals that captivated audiences worldwide.

During his time as a Senior Animator at Rockstar Games, Wen helped to create the media landscape of Grand Theft Auto V. Crafting over 15 in-game commercials, news segments, and TV shows that parody and reflect the world outside the screen. His animation work for Red Dead Redemption II spanned from conceptual motion design to campaign execution. Aesthetically blending American frontier culture, with analog motion techniques. He also played a key role in sculpting the studio’s visual identity. Contributing to cinematic trailers, commercials, motion posters, and concert visuals for The Game Awards in 2018. For close to a decade at Rockstar Games, Wen has continuously pushed the boundaries of motion design in gaming. Reinforcing its critical role in immersive storytelling and brand identity.
